Yes, that is the P22 camper package, no propane, simple icebox. Common in 80/81 Westys in the day. Bigger bed, 3 person bench seat, less storage but more living space.

The full package 80-91 Westy is called P27, bigger kitchen cabinet with propane stove and 3 way fridge.

In Europe there were more variations in between, including a stove and 3 way fridge inside that smaller kitchen cabinet of the P22. I consider that the best layout but we never got it here. I built such a hybrid with a friend a few years ago.
