Hi:

I got a set of SA flaps a couple of years ago. Installed them with 3M 5200 adhesive (Black) AND the clips. Nothing has moved and I know that the 5200 will NEVER let go. No holes, no rust no problems.

At work we use 5200 to mount "never to be removed" hardware on boats. It is an amazing adhesive, far harder to break than epoxy.

3M also makes a 4200 variety which you MAY be able to separate.
