Those squeak, but they don't twang.
I suspect the   Strut Rod bushings not being in place properly, at the
forward end, and metal to metal contact there. I find them hard to get
seated there properly.
  Any thing to do with the anti-sway bar ?

What you could be hearing are the upper control arm bushings.  It's not
uncommon for them to make noises, even squeaks, as our vehicles age.
