Absolutely, need to get it out into the daylight and see what shape its really in. *If* the PO had bothered to tell me about this little issue I would have done that before I went and put another 10 gallons in. Luckily we have a couple of other cars that can take that on pretty quickly.

New tanks seem to be in the ballpark of $170, a bit of an expense but still not worth TOO much effort trying to salvage the old one if it's margnial.
