Jeff,
Do a little shopping around. You shouldn't have to pay more than $150 for a
new Vanagon windshield. Even at the big auto glass shops that will quote
you $300+. Ask if they have any other options, and they'll usually be able
to get you a less expensive one within a couple of days.

Hey Ed,
Where did you get your windshield? I'm about to do a replacement and
need to find a good source for a new one. Some places won't ship them
and other auto glass places won't sell just the glass because they
want to do the install. Are there different grades of glass? Brands
to avoid?
