Obviously if you can get everything from a used syncro, then you don't have to locate everything. Except for the tranny, I bought everything new. Daryl at AA Transaxle is a place to start. You do need a different front mount. I don't know about the shifter as I have a 5-speed but not a sycro with the granny gear. The plumbing for the diff lock is a real pain if you want it to look like an original syncro. John
