Aren't you supposed to be wallowing in a bilge somewhere?

At any rate, before somebody gets too confused about what the crotch of a Vanagon has to do with the 21st century, suffice to say I had a brain fart and mis-edited my post.

What I was going to say was that there is a pressure washing board that I infrequent that can be set up to email posts to the subscriber; I don't believe however that it is set up so that you can email posts in, or if that's even possible, but I it made me think it would be useful to have a bulletin-board style site set up to 'parallel' the list- if it could be done.

That is to say, if you preferred the email style list, you could stay with that, or if you preferred the bulletin-board style you could go with that, if it could be set up so that posts to the board went out as emails and emails to the list were processed as posts to the board simultaneously. Hopefully that makes some sense.

I have no idea, as I said, if it's possible, nor do I have any idea what the logistics would be- I'm just throwing the thought out there. I think the board format would be useful for those lurkers and digest-ers that don't really want to full-time the list or deal with a ton of emails, and it would also be useful for folks that were travelling or accessing from some other computer than their own.
