Mike:

Set it at exactly 14.86"--per my Propane Factiod webpage. ;-

Having two connected tanks is such an advantage that I put up with the hard-starting. But Bob Stevens and I worked out the numbers and he got an orifice ream to enlarge the Carver orifice. I've been too lazy to remove my P4 to do it.

I say "advantage" for this kind of scenario: At Buses By the Bridge I was boiling tea water when I heard the flame die down. Looked, decided tank A was about out. Jumped out and turned on tank B, turned off tank A--all before the fridge went out. That's ADVANTAGE in my book!

[Not to mention knowing a tank is empty and will take exactly the 2.5 gallons when I go to have it filled.]

Richard
