Did you replace the whole panel or just part of it?
Did you remove the windshield wiper assembly?
What did you use to cut it off? (torch, saw, grinder with cutoff wheel)
Did you weld it on or glue it?
 
I can get a new one for $122 but needs paint or I can get one off of my parts van but is a different color.
