not so sure i would replace that or cut it out
i would be inclined to pull it out with a body dent remover
straiten the folded metal as best possible then add a little body fill
i would go very easy on the body fill ...
and if you respond back that you do not want body fill ...
well my friend it will have to be even if you cut and replace
for that job will not be perfect either ...
but use it sparingly and as it was intended ... as a fairing compound
not a hole filler ...
