Don't cut anything, please! My God! This is a mouse of a job to fix and you would want to make it an elephant herd of a job. You have no idea what you getting into. NO! This is a simple everyday job in a body shop where they pull it out with dent puller, with those pins spot welded on and pulled out one by one until its straight. Takes about an hour for them, maybe two. Let them do it. Then they will even it out with a thin bondo, spray on acrilic primer and paint it the correct color, then clear coat it. You can rent this spot weld tool if you want to do it, then you get the paint from the store and clear coat. Not a real saving on the total, looking at all the time you have to spend on it anyway. Sometimes it is hard to find a shop that would do it, because they are more into insurance jobs and not keen to do public jobs. Zoltan
