i have a few sets of 15" and 16" alloy wheels that will fit the vanagon.
priced between $375 for set of four, to $600 for a set of four, have several
styles. some have tires, some dont. some are direct bolt on, depends on if you
have a 2wd or 4wd.   *NONE OF THESE ARE SOUTH AFRICAN RIMS, SO DONT ASK*.  prefer
local pickup but i can ship from SE PA as usual.
