Hi, 2nd time you posted on this I think.......... On the filter screen - No. On the rubber pan gasket,. Basically no. It's a rubber seal designed to wrap around the edge of the pan and get pushed into a grove in the transmission body, and they're hard to get really in where they belong sometimes. And you wouldn't normally use a sealant. Just do extra clean careful work. Scott www.turbovans.com
