Hi Scott, I got version two that has the ratchet on the side instead of using the strap tool. When I searched which version is right for you I selected the tire size of 195 75R-14 which is very close in size to the 185R-14. The computer did not have 185R-14 programmed in so it said it was not available. When I used the 195 it told me version 2 is the right one. I was glad because I didn't like the strap tool as well as the buckle.
