What do you mean "went to bed with Chrysler" ? I can' think of any vw-Chrysler connection, remind me. In modern times, 90's and later. There was a bit of odd cross over at one time - Dodge Omni type of thing - but in the 90's and later. Thnx, Scott

I was going to buy that when it came out. I even went to the Detroit Auto Show in 2001 to see it. Damn the VW bean counters! They said they couldn't sell enough of these niche vehicles so they went to bed with Chrysler.
