These cost about $15 each from a few vendors 503-491-8848/800-938-8473 then they cut out the center of the 14" vanagon steel wheels & weld that center piece into the CT&W 15x7 custom rim The 14" rims are $15-25 I got quoted about $50 for the labout for cut/weld

so you cost DIY is 15 + 15 + 50 =$70 not really worth the efort unless your a welders just buy the sa steelies from van cafe for 89 but gw charges 135/rim for the CT&W's s
