I sure wish people would not crush vanagons, especially 85 and later ones, and all diesel ones. They are fantastic 'sporty truck like vans' ..............a uniquely available configuration in the US. Parting one out, unless it's smashed, or has body cancer rust is rape even. There are so many good parts on 85's and up ...............just wonderful parts to upgrade earlier ones, and any good chassis can make a fine vanagon. Please don't waste them. They're irreplaceable. -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of JordanVw@AOL.COM Sent: Friday, February 08, 2008 10:51 PM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Re: So wha-da-ya call a Vanagon with no legs?
