Yah allied may make do the actual welding but the rim are for sure from CT&W This the email I got after I had them go & look at a rim Hey Tim, Our wheels are stamped: Made in the U.S.A 15 x 7.0 J.J. DOT CT&W 9 12 2007 CUSTOM. I hope this information helps.
