marine batteries get pretty massive! We converted a pontoon boat to electric power using some massive batteries that i believe we found at walmart, deep cycle gel cell type batteries. Just two of these bad boys can push around the massive, hyrdrodynamically terrible (Aquatic Vanagon Equivalent), boat all day long. And the 1600 cold cranking amps should be enough to get your engine started : )

I'm sure the LT can handle the weight, why not fill the bed with these?
