dear all does the extra weight mean beefier springs etc... i have no definitive answer for that precisely ... but... my wife noticed that our TD California model bears remarkable similarities to the Syncro body stuff that she can not readily identify ..and i dont know syncros well enough to say too much ... but ... this model does have the syncro transmission ... 5 speed with reverse and 1 in line with each other ... and a weird little hump under the gear shifter boot ... (is this the syncro front end area ...???) my last load on my van was 2800 Kg with two passengers and she handled like a dream ...
