Subject: Wiki has new aux battery page
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

The subject of auxiliary batteries is a perennial favorite here on the list. I figured I'd start a page on the wiki so folk could add to it. I've created a section on the page addressing how to determine the stage of charge of your basic lead acid battery.

Anyone who wants to contribute to the aux battery page ("how I mounted my Optima," or "Battery separators," or "will a Sears starter battery work as well as a marine deep cycle battery," or any of the common questions) is encouraged to add to the page.

Me, I'm still waiting for Mark Drillock to finish up his massive bank of teenie weenie little batteries all hooked up in parallel (or, "MBOTWLBAHUP") project and tell us how it went.
