Ken:  BD and Autohausaz both have them and they're about a dollar
apart ie like $50 for the pair.  Since AZ does free ground shipping
for orders over $50,  I take that in to consideration when ordering
parts.  Time might be an issue for those of you ion the east coast,
but maybe not.  BD is the only place I've seen the steel rod with the
adjuster threads on it though and it's another $50.  When I did mine,
it didn't take but a couple of hours, but I'm not convinced I've got
them perfectly adjusted now that I read ken and Dennis' collective wisdom.
