Jim: I wish I had the guts to offer my Dehler Syncro 16" as your Swedish TDCi Ginny-pig van. But then I might have the ONLY one in existence and who'd work on it after you left?? With a VW 1.9 TDi, I'll hope that it's plug-n-play anywhere in the world. I'm still planning on having someone in Europe do the conversion (gas to diesel) this fall. Do you know of anyone to recommend other than Bernd Jeager in Germany? Thanks Malcolm ----- Original Message ---- From: Jim Akiba <syncrolist@BOSTIG.COM> We might get the chance to go to sweden and convert a vanagon to a TDCi to see for ourselves if it can be done.. but it's just talk and mostly dream at this point, there is no timeline for us even doing it, and it wouldn't actually in the end make financial sense from the business or customer point of view, but it would be cool.
