folks, i have some more of these #99 relays..

all you do is pull out your #19 relay and pop this #99 relay in its place.
takes all of 30 seconds.

the #99 relay lets you program the delay intervals of the wiper sweeps.. so
you can set the wiper delay as fast or as slow as you want it.

these are OEM volkswagen relays.
