Check charging voltage, make sure it's at least 13.8 volts. Clean and re-do all dash area grounds. Use Rain-X.

Usually I'm a fair weather driver of an 83.5, but recently had to use the front wipers and found the wiper speed(s) less than adequate, Archives refer to cleaning up the linkage and lubricating. Motors are apparently not a problem based again on archives. My question is what is the easiest way to actually get to the linkage to examine, repair, clean, or whatever? Also any other suggestions other than not judge operation on a dry window?
