And Kim is the Winner!! Unless there is another one that I've missed. And I did say 'on later models' because of the subtle changes that were made in the camper package over the years I don't know if earlier models than my '90 have the second strap. And I'm with Kim on the guess that it to assure vision through that right rear side window, one of those things either dictated by a bureaucrat (like the 110v hookup on the Canadian models) or put there in anticipation of such.
