I had that job done at a cheapo place when I first got my
westy--wasn't sure if the family would take to it back then--for $300
plus the cost of a bus depot rubber seal at whatever they are going
for now. I've been happy with the seal, but some paint got taken off
by a pressure washer, so I would recommend not going to a bottom-end
paint shop for this.

Since then, I've taken up painting my own stuff and am doing pretty
well at it. I'm not recommending that you do that, I just want to note
that I use good quality paint from Finishmasters or other quality
paint shop, and the paint ends up costing almost as much as you will
pay at the low-end Earl Scheibs and those kind of places. So, when you
go get a quality job done, realize that the premium you are paying is
for more than the expertise you might find there, but the finish they
put on is of a different level of wuality and will look better and
last longer.

All that said, and though I wouldn't do the cheap route again, I've
had no trouble with rust and my camper looks pretty good.
