they all will fit.   youll have to fab some tabs and brackets to put the
fiberglass bumpers on your 81, but ive done it plently of times before.
as far as your grille, yes you can change from round to square, but  that
would be highly stupid unless the '90 headlights are e-codes, which i doubt they
are.  the DOT 86-'91 square headlights suck major ass as far as light output.

stick with your 7" rounds and put some 7" round H4's in there.
