You could make Roger even happier using POR PATCH in place of JB Weld. No mixing involved and it's supposed to have the anti-rust properties of Por paint. It dries very hard and expands a bit, so you want to sand it smooth before it's fully cured. I've fixed holes under windshield seals with it. Works good...
