Hello Folks,

Thanks to my good friend and fellow VW enthusiast, I've been able to post pictures of his 1991 Thai spec Transporter. Check out the pics of the AC system and leather interior unique to the Vanagons in Thailand. It is my understanding that VW send RHD base model Transporters to Thailand where the AC systems, two-tone paint schemes, and unique leather interiors are fitted. The front seat themselves appear to utilize the modified factory sets but they now recline all the way back. The middle captains seats and rear benches are of Thai manufacture. Note that the front seats still have the stock T3 headrests whilst the rears have a more Audi-esque headrest.

This same interior was apparently offered on both 2wd and Syncro models. Kraisorn's interior is gray. I found a pic of a Thai Syncro on Vanagon.comand that was the same interior in a saddle tan color.
