Hi Jim Just take off the center plastic cap. There is a small screw under there that you can turn in or out to chnage the pitch of the tone. I was playing with mine a few weeks ago. I took it off thinking it was bad and bench tested it with 50amps. Quite the Loud Blast to say the least. But it wasnt bad had a loose connection under the Van. But just turn it in a little then test. Turn the other way and test. find the Pitch you like the best and your good to go. You can also create Dieing animal sounds if you get it just right. Had alot of fun with it. C-ya Jonce
