Any name brand oil would likely be OK..There are a few varieties that are 75/90 synthetic out there, and most are fine for general usage on an older trans. The key for longevity is mostly to just change the goo once in a while..Remove the filler plug first before draining the oil if trans is still in the van, so if its stuck, you won't be having to fill it from the drain plug hole.
