Alright, first my disclaimer : I've posted about this before and I just have to go off on this...........

Larry, did you not purchase these parts from Bus Depot? It seems to me that if you did, you would also have some contact information for Ron! You could just as easily go to www and find Bus Depot and click on 'contact.' Instead, though you may not have meant to do it, you have dragged Ron out to the mat. Did you first attempt to resolve your issues privately with Ron? It doesn't sound like it! You found Bus Depot all by yourself in the first place and ordered parts. Now use the same tact that you used in the first place to re-connect with him. What to do?? : My god, are you helpless? When I read your post I could see the palms of your hands clasping your cheeks as you jumped up and down crying, 'what to do?!'..'what to do?!'
