Matt I put the heater in the rear cupboard (the cupboard aft of the refrigerator). The cupboard where the rear table mounts is located. It runs on propane not diesel, I ran a line from the existing propane system in the Westy to the heater and ran power from my spare battery (under the driver’s seat). The great thing about this heater besides the price $289 is it vents out side the van and has 12,000 btu’s which is a lot of heat. The heater is a little to long for the cupboard and sticks out a few inches but its not really noticeable after I trimmed it out. The heater has a fan but uses little electricity and its controlled by a wall mounted thermostat just like

in a home heating system. Dry warm and lots of heat.
