Yah the image of the cool dude and his hand painted (nicely) '67 was very similar. He obviously "lived" out in the world. Aptly aided by his camper van.

I totally enjoy the Westy experience. One that will be greatly enhanced with the Jetta engine install!

(I need to get offline and outside wrenching!)
