Emissions Question

A friend of mine who is a mechanic said that the state recently (within
the last year) instituted pressure testing of the tanks as well as the
caps. The only issue is that the state only has two different types of
tank adapters so far. This means that not every gas tank can be tested
yet. He also said that some of the test locations only have one of the
current adapters. This limits their testing even further.
Once again this info is all word of mouth from a friend, so YMMV.
Sean.
