I've been running my CS 185R14's at the door sticker pressure of 43 front, 53 rear (90 Westy) and find the handling perfect. Had the same experience with the Michelin Agilis. Experimented with pressure when I first got the Agilis and found the VW recommended pressures gave best ride/handling for me. I'd expect the 195s might run just a tad lower but no info to back that up. The Nokian dealer should be able to tell you what Nokian recommends for the Vanagon.
