Try pulling fuse #12. If the fan still runs you may need to disconnect the main A/C power source. There is separate wire feeding it from the alternator. Look at the wiring nut on the back of the alternator and trace the red wires from it. One will go across the top of the engine to the area behind the driver's side tail light. From there it goes up into the A/C wiring. Disconnect the battery first, then remove the nut from the alternator B+ post, pull this wire off, put nut back making sure to leave the other wires on the post.
