My .02 is that the seller appears to know his Vanagon and appears to be pretty accurate in what he is revealing of the flaws. I see it's located in CA, but I'd check out the body for rust anyways. Ask for demo of fridge on LP. Ask what the trailer hitch was for. i.e. What was he hauling? (heavy?) Ask exactly where the PS leak is coming from. I don't know PS on Vanagons, but it would be a shame to be stuck with replacing a part that is either really pricey or NLA. (though I doubt the latter would be the case) Cheers, and best of luck.
