The luggage rack can be "tipped up" from the rear by removing the nuts under those plastic caps. Easy to see them when the pop top is up. Loosen the large screws on the sides of the pop top before attempting this "tip up" maneuvre. You can just slide the antenna under there, I'd suggest moving it as far to one side or all the way forward so that whatever you put in the L-rack doesn't interfere with reception.
