What you're looking for is a Clutch Slave Cylnder Repair Kit. VW doesn't have them anymore (that I know of), but BeckArnley still provides one

Their Number 071-8256. Comes with Dustboot, Piston Seal and "C" Clip

See if the neighborhood FLAPS carries BeckArnley and have them order it up. Or search on the net for supplier to order it from.

But, speaking from personal experience, repairing old slave cylinders is usually a waste of time because 6 months later they're leaking again. Buy a new one and forget about it.
