Here's the way I see it. This confused German guy was given the CEO job here in the US and little did he know that 99% of the letters he would get would be pissed off VW owners saying what a piece of crap their Mexican made Jetta was and the dealer is a crook. Why not send him a bunch of "nice" letters about building us a camper again? Maybe we can sway him into believing that Americans want campers, not more Jettas. Well that's they way I see it anyway. ;)
