I have a Xantrex C35 fed by a 60W panel. Xantrex makes very nice stuff, rock solid design.You can usually find a C35 charge controller for just under $100, sometimes a little cheaper on eBay. With only 106W total, you might even be able to get away with a C12 unit, but they are only about $10 cheaper and are the same size as the C35 for 1/3 the capacity, so I don't see the point.

(I see now that the link Mike Elliott provided displays a good selection of Xantrex stuff for very reasonable prices)
