My van has been sitting for almost a year with a full tank of gas.  I did NOT put any gas stabilizer in the tank.

In a few months, I'll be firing it up for a trip.

Is there any damage to the engine from running the tank of "old gas" through the engine?

Might it just run roughly for the first tank of gas??
