We sure hope the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator has been checked already !

It's so obvious.

And fuel pressure regulator function checked too, but the tech who worked on it last doesn't sound like he's really into it.

There's no vacuum advance on a 2.1 waterboxer, which is what I 'think' we are talking about here all this time , lol J

sounds like no vacuum in the line to the distributer advance and fuel pressure regulator.

the small diameter hose can crack and not show it under the fabric cover
