Hi Jim, That is all Im looking for. Not that Im afraid of or not willing to change it just a curiosity factor. For now I will play it safe and get a 86-91 Tach but would like to know the Poop on the tach variations. I will talk to my buddy at the VW dealer at the parts department and give him something to research. Thanks and I will figure this out sooner or later. C-ya Jonce
