Hmm I am just experiencing the same problem as i am installing a eberspacher heater which has the same mounting points like a (second) propane tank. two bolts are real steel (in the back), two are plastic. welded nuts on the floor though. Would it be ok to just thread a bolt into the nuts from underneath, or do you guys think that will rip off? To lift the plywood floor and do it from above i would have to remove all the cabinetry, right?
