dear all regarding the washington law that seems to say no insurance is ok .... or as some might like to say ... insurance unused seems like a waste of money but i would like to tell you that thinking is of little value unless you live a sterling life and are blessed by a never error

insurance is only a waste when we find or self paying on a policy that is of no value cause the wording says something funny

Avoiding that is simple ... read your policy ... when you buy it not when you are attempting to tell the guy who wrote it what it should say

driving on todays roads which are fast with the many distractions all the others are having in thier "its just my old chevy" (which i still owe the bank 25K $ for) it is a greater waste of money to oay a cadre of lawyers to keep our children's inheritances

the fact is we drive obsolete antique vehicles which require substantial owner and or professional maintenance these vehicles reqire substantial commitment on the part of the owner to be savy about mechanical issues both to DYI repairs and to ensure the mechanic hired does what is ordered for an agreeable price

The old addage ... you make your money the day you buy is true here ... so ... learn to service your self oil changes etc are simple and most garages that offer mechanical services will accept your waste oil they sell it ... (you can get no leak oil change container at any parts store) hen in need of parts ... go to your local Dump and buy used when possible ... Dont skimp on safety for the sake of that will do ... it will not do...

the no insurance law in washington is likely aimed at the automobile that appears in a parade now and then and spends its time on the road on a trailer ... and the insurance that covers that auto is likely more expensive then regular insurance ...

Please dont risk your own future by driving on the road with out proper insurance ... if it is my life you wreck by having an incident with my vehicle ...you can rest assured the big bad insurance company that will be chaing you will not stop these guys here are nasty and ruthless ... BC has government run insurance ... they are ruthless ... BE Smart Insure for lots ... and be glad it has never been used

You know what else i like to pay taxes too... and am especially glad when the fire department ...military or police arrive on the roads paved and cared for by the government

thank you yours
