Here's another tip - make sure the welder is plugged directly into the wall
socket and not on a long extension cord.
I went from argon/CO2 to a slightly different gas with ........helium ( ? )
in it maybe. Might have helped a tiny bit.
Oh, if you have any wire feeding issues - I got these little felt pads that
fit over the wire in the machine before the wire t enters the tube and
gun......and you put drops of the correct lube on it, helps the wire slide
consistently in the tube and gun.
Also ......the sound - when it's welding right .......it's a nice sharp
sizzle.
