Sounds to me like very, very clearly a case of 'leave well enough alone.' Like you got a lot out, just leave it be. You might try compressed air to swirl things up and get a few more bits out that way. And you might change the oil after the first 10 minutes of running too. Just the idea of flushing a lot with kerosene makes me nervous. Not that you did this, but I see people gong nutty over getting things clean, especially the outsides of engines. They often cause themselves problems doing that. Sure, we want things pretty clean, but also moving tiny bits from where they settled into safe places, into possibly bad places - far better to just leave it be in the first place, within reason of course. Here's a trick.........anyone can guffaw that wants to - I'm not nearly as 'worried and anal' as I used to be, but when I'd be obsessing over some tiny detail worrying about it if was going to be ok long term, I'd visualize years later remembering back that I had been worried about it 'way back then' and how unnecessary that was, due to years and years having past in the meantime, with no concerns or problems with the part or issue I was worried about.
